What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how ClickKraft Studio handles digital orders, product access, billing concerns, and refund requests.
ClickKraft Studio offers digital resources for educators, instructional coaches, academic leaders, and learning professionals. These resources may include worksheets, trackers, lesson vaults, assessment banks, planning systems, and resource hubs delivered entirely online.
All products sold by ClickKraft Studio are digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, returned, or exchanged.
How Digital Fulfillment Works
When an order is successfully completed, the purchased resource is made available electronically. Access may be provided through a download link, customer account, email delivery, resource library, protected page, or another online access method used by ClickKraft Studio.
A product is considered successfully delivered once the customer has been provided with the relevant file, access link, login details, or resource entry instructions. Delivery is not dependent on whether the customer chooses to open, download, save, print, or use the material immediately.
Final Nature of Digital Sales
Because ClickKraft Studio products are digital resources that can be accessed and used soon after payment, purchases are generally treated as final once delivery has occurred.
Digital goods cannot be returned in the same practical way as physical products. Once access has been granted, the order is considered completed and is not normally eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
Narrow Circumstances for Refund Review
Although orders are generally final, ClickKraft Studio may review a request where there is a verified problem directly affecting delivery or billing. Review is limited to situations such as the following:
-
the product was not delivered because of a confirmed technical issue on the ClickKraft Studio side
-
the file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible and the problem cannot be corrected through replacement or restored access
-
the same product was charged more than once through an unintended duplicate transaction
If one of these situations is confirmed, ClickKraft Studio may first attempt to resolve the issue through a practical fix. This may include restoring access, resending the product, replacing the affected file, or correcting the transaction issue. A refund may be considered only where the issue cannot reasonably be solved another way.
Situations That Do Not Support a Refund
A refund will not be issued because a customer changed their mind after purchase, no longer needs the resource, or decided the product was not a personal preference match.
Requests will also not be approved where the issue comes from not reviewing the product description before checkout, misunderstanding the intended use of the resource, lacking familiarity with how to implement the materials, or expecting an outcome not specifically stated on the product page.
Customer-side compatibility problems, unsupported software, device limitations, storage issues, or local technical restrictions are also not refundable unless the product fails to match an express compatibility statement made by ClickKraft Studio.
Product Descriptions and Expected Use
ClickKraft Studio aims to present each product with clear information about what is included, how the resource is structured, and what type of user it is intended to support.
Products may include materials such as classroom worksheets, instructional templates, assessment tools, academic tracking systems, lesson frameworks, teacher support kits, or broader educational resource collections. Customers are expected to review the product page carefully before ordering so they can decide whether the resource is suitable for their own teaching, leadership, coaching, or planning needs.
Buyer Responsibility Before Ordering
Before completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for checking the product details, format, intended use, and any requirements shown on the website.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, internet connection, software, and local setup are capable of opening and using standard digital resources. ClickKraft Studio is not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect customer information, unsupported systems, login mistakes, email filtering, or other customer-side conditions.
Educational Value and Outcome Limitations
ClickKraft Studio products are created to support planning, instruction, organization, assessment, and professional practice. However, educational outcomes, classroom impact, and implementation results will vary depending on the user, the context, the learners involved, and how the materials are applied.
For that reason, ClickKraft Studio does not guarantee any specific academic result, classroom outcome, institutional improvement, student performance gain, or professional advancement from the use of its products.
Access Rights and License Limits
A purchase gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its intended personal, educational, or internal professional purpose, unless a different license scope is clearly stated for a specific item.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the product itself or of any underlying intellectual property. All rights remain with ClickKraft Studio unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Restrictions on Sharing and Redistribution
Products purchased from ClickKraft Studio may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, republished, uploaded to shared repositories, copied for outside distribution, or shared with unauthorized users without prior written permission.
This includes sharing downloaded files, forwarding access links, distributing resource hubs to others, posting paid materials in communities, or repackaging ClickKraft Studio content for resale or public circulation.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in restricted access, revoked usage rights, refusal of future purchases, or further enforcement action where appropriate.
Help With Access Problems
If a customer experiences trouble reaching or opening a purchased product, ClickKraft Studio may provide reasonable assistance to help complete delivery.
Support may include resending links, confirming delivery records, restoring access, or offering another suitable method of digital delivery. These support efforts are intended to ensure the customer receives the resource they purchased. They do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Product Revisions and Resource Changes
From time to time, ClickKraft Studio may improve, reorganize, replace, update, or retire products, access systems, supporting files, or online delivery methods.
Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, a purchase does not include a promise of future updates, later editions, added modules, expanded banks, or continuing revisions. Changes to a product after purchase do not by themselves create grounds for a refund.
Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
If a customer believes there is a billing or access issue, they should contact ClickKraft Studio first so the matter can be reviewed directly.
If a chargeback or outside payment dispute is opened after delivery has already been completed, ClickKraft Studio may respond using available order records, payment confirmations, delivery logs, and access history. Where a dispute conflicts with confirmed delivery or appears abusive, access may be suspended and future purchases may be restricted.
Changes to This Policy
ClickKraft Studio may revise this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, technical, or product-related changes. The current version posted on the website will apply from the time it is published.
Purchase Acknowledgment
By ordering from ClickKraft Studio, the customer confirms that the transaction concerns digital content, that delivery is completed once access is provided, and that the order is governed by this digital purchase and access policy.
